Litigation Support Document Management

One of our regular law firm clients was in a bind. They were working on a delicate lawsuit representing a government agency. They needed to review and produce hundreds of thousands of personnel files. But there were three problems: 1) The client demanded that the original files be reviewed or copied within their building…in a conference room that could barely hold the boxes and, 2) due to the nature of the case, the firm was told that the client must review everyone who was going to see the files to make sure they were not in any way related to individuals involved in the case or any prior employees of the government. And, 3) they were given a highly compressed timeframe to complete the work.
