VeBridge is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all core marketing functions and processes.

As the VeBridge Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in our success by managing our core marketing materials, assets and processes. This role will emphasize creative design of marketing materials such as brochures, email templates, web pages, landing pages, proposal templates and have a focus on lead generation. The VeBridge Marketing Director will also play a key role in building the VeBridge brand and ensuring consistent support of our brand image in all marketing materials, and will therefore need to grasp the fundamentals of the VeBridge solutions and market positioning. In addition, this important team member will support core processes, such as social media, blogging, email marketing and marketing automation, and will work closely with the solution sales and technical support teams to develop compelling marketing materials and processes to support our branding and lead generation efforts.

Job Description:

As the VeBridge Marketing Manger, you will play a critical role in our success by managing our core marketing materials, assets and processes. This role will emphasize creative design and maintenance of web pages, landing pages, marketing materials such as brochures, email templates, proposal templates and have a focus on lead generation. The VeBridge Marketing Manager will also play a key role in building the VeBridge brand and ensuring consistent support of our brand image in all marketing materials, and will therefore need to grasp the fundamentals of the VeBridge solutions and market positioning. In addition, this important team member will support core processes, such as social media, blogging, email marketing and marketing automation, and will work closely with the solution sales and technical support teams to develop compelling marketing materials and processes to support our branding and lead generation efforts.

Your primary day-to-day tasks will consist of:

  • Designing and producing marketing materials, including web pages, email templates, proposal templates, newsletters, brochures, data sheets, flyers, promotional items, case studies, videos, and so on. This will emphasize creative design and layout with messaging and content.
  • Designing and managing sales lead generation “call-to-action” campaigns.
  • Managing the VeBridge use of our CRM platform (ZOHO) and “Hubspot for Marketing”
  • Managing and tracking email marketing processes, including monthly newsletters, ongoing email marketing campaigns, and drip marketing, including associated landing pages for driving conversion.
  • Supporting marketing events, both online webinars and traditional trade shows, and seminars.
  • Working closely with our sales team in support of proposal content
  • Developing PR and communications with case study and white paper layout and assistance with social media marketing activities.
  • Managing and tracking email marketing processes, including monthly newsletters, ongoing email marketing campaigns, and drip marketing, including associated landing pages for driving conversion.
  • Lead assignment/distribution and tracking from marketing campaigns, including email marketing, events, webinars, etc.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure a strong ROI and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree required, with a focus on marketing, graphic/web design or business preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, specifically creating emails and email templates, newsletters, web pages, landing pages, etc.
  • Strong social media skills Proficient in Mac- or Windows-based environments and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think and act independently while keeping others informed.
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Experience with tracking, reporting and analyzing marketing campaigns for ROI is a plus.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as Hubspot is a plus.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as ZOHO is a plus.
  • Experience with PPC using Google AdWords, social media and SEO is a plus.
  • Experience with document and enterprise content management systems is a plus.
